Charlotte, a proud Winchester resident since 1997, is eager to share her enthusiasm for her community and her expertise in negotiations and the local market to culminate in successful transactions.  Charlotte believes the keys to success are creative solutions and attention to details.

Charlotte’s experience in sales ranges from $200,000 condominiums to $2.6 million homes. In 5 years as an agent she sold over $20 million in real estate.

A honorary member of the Winchester Home & Garden Club, Charlotte was on its board for 10 years.  She has been an active member of the En Ka Society for 10 years; Charlotte served three years as Rides Co-Chair and was Co-Chair of the En Ka Fair in 2019.  Charlotte was a designer for the annual Art in Bloom event at the Museum of Fine Arts. She was a volunteer at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSPCA).  Charlotte has completed two sprint triathlons and was a freelance writer and photographer for the Winchester Star.

Charlotte and her husband, Paul, are graduates of Providence College.  They have two children; both went through the Winchester school system. One is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the other is a double graduate of the University of Alabama.
